Description:
The large breeding herds of elephants in Amboseli are a result of many conservationists, both government and private entities, protecting these gentle giants from ongoing poaching. Success in the last several years have kept the herds safe to roam free. This was a challenging to me as the "dry" lake bed had massive heat waves which made it near impossible to get a sharp image.
