Today I was at the Mike's Camera Expo. Nice event and Mile High has a table there. I took my camera to the Nikon booth and had it cleaned. No charge. I was also told my firmware as out of date. The current one is 3.10. Came home and did it. Need a computer, card reader, and an SD card. Takes a little time but not a big deal. There is also firmware update to 5.32 for the Z9 At the Expo Nikon may do the firmware if you go early enough. If not and too difficult, any authorized dealer will do it for you.
