Description:
While photographing the snow geese at sunset at Bosque Del Apache, a redwing blackbird landed in a near by bush. It proceeded to feed on seed pods. As if by luck, one of the participants on my tour was letting me test his 500mm with my 1.7 converter. It was the combination I needed to get close enough to the bird.
