The Fog Comes Softly II
Jan Forseth
The plains of Lincoln County, Colorado, USA
While on a humanitarian mission in my RV, I came across a cottonwood tree (Populus deltoides) in a lovely fog after a snow. It was transitioning from fall to winter dress. I used Photoshop's oil paint filter, two adjustment layers to bring out the yellows, whites, and dark bark, then painted out some of the surroundings, and sharpened quite heavily.
