Some instructions:
1. I have update the preset make sure you have the one that says "Universal" link I have made a minor change for the save location

2. COPY the expand the file to a place on your hard drive where you can find it later.
3. Open Lightroom (I am using 5.4 but the others should be the same)
4. Open the Export window from the File Menu or one of the other ways you may use
5. Right Click on "User Presets" Some Mac users may have to control click.
6. Pick "Import" from the popup menu
7. Find the template you save in step 2 and select it. It will now show up in you export presets
This is by far the easiest way to size and save files for competition. It is one step and allows for cropping to ratios other than 3:4
Questions just ask
