All,
I have received this email from Craig Lewis and thought I would forward onto all of you. His comments are inline and are not mine. I have not reviewed any of these but I know several of them and they are good....at least they were for LR3. Tim

Also, all of Jeffrey Friedl's plugins needed reworking to be compatible with LR 4. unfortunately, due to the way that LR 4 works, this means that you need to purchase new versions. Jeffrey explains this on his plugins pages. As usual, all he requests is the minimum that PayPal requires, $0.01! I've sent him more because I like his stuff and know that he had to spend a chunk of time getting his plugins to work with the new environment.

Finally, there are two places that charge that I can recommend.
The Luminous Landscape (Michael Reichmann) has both free and not-free tutorials.

Finally (for me, anyway), Photoshop Cafe also has a free area and a DVD for sale.
