I have not studied this issue in detail, but the fact there is an article in a publication named "National Park Traveler" indicates to me that the information is more objective than if it came from a conservation organization. You may want to read this article and decide whether you should let someone know this is an important photographic site that helps supports small tour businesses and freelance photographers as well as providing good times for amateur photographers.

Ooops. I goofed. I should not have posted this before reading the entire article and checking the source more thoroughly. It is from a conservation organization. That aside, I think some people may want to explore whether mining 6 days a week, taking a total of 2 million tons of coal out of an area near Bryce might not have a negative impact on their photographic opportunities in the area. It may not have much impact, but it certainly sounds like it could.
