Hi everyone!
Fall colors are beginning!
Since I am now living in Buena Vista, I can see that the highest aspens everywhere around here started turning around the 5th, and each day more are turning. Seems like they are a week or so early to me, but I have heard that since we have had a good amount of rain this spring and summer, they may last longer this year. I am planning to go up around Aspen around the 17th, so I'll send an update when I'm back home. If anyone else has a report, I'm interested in hearing what you are seeing. Thanks!

Hello...I was in summit county and leadville this weekend and was suprised how much the trees have already changed. The temps were in the upper 30s at night. It may be an early fall season.
